2. Server logs
When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary information such as IP address, date and time, requested page and user agent in order to deliver the site and maintain system security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact
If you contact me by email or WhatsApp, your details are processed to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. MOQR Meet at moqr.eu/meet
MOQR Meet is an interactive tool that creates a personal AI assessment from a few inputs. First name, role, offer, selected context and answers are processed to generate the assessment.
5. AI processing
To create the assessment, the entered content may be sent once to the Anthropic API. Provider: Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA. Processing is used only to generate the requested response. A transfer to a third country, especially the USA, cannot be excluded.
6. Email delivery and contact request
If you actively request the result by email and confirm consent, your contact details, tool answers and AI assessment are used to send you the result and to forward the request internally to Remo Trenkler Solutions. Consent can be withdrawn for the future.
7. Optional business card scan
If you use the camera scan, the image is used once to extract contact details and may be sent once to the AI service for this purpose. The image is not permanently stored on our own server. Recognized details are shown before submission.
8. Rate limits and abuse protection
The tool uses technical safeguards such as rate limits and spam checks to prevent misuse. Technically necessary data may be processed briefly for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
9. Storage of submitted requests
If you submit the result by email, contact details, context and the generated assessment are stored as email communication in the mailbox of Remo Trenkler Solutions. B2B requests may remain stored as long as needed to process the request, document the contact and prepare or maintain a business relationship. Legal retention obligations remain unaffected.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, where legally applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
11. No tracking profiles
No tracking cookies are set, no user profiles are created and no automated decisions with legal effect are made. The AI assessment is informational and contextual only. It is not binding advice, not an offer and not an automatic decision about a contract.
